Assuming the rest of your system is up to par, I don’t see why not.
Depends where. SM castle 3 way? I am not sure. LA, HotM, world events? Also not sure. Depends on model quality and effect lod. Apart from that i think you should reach 60 fps. Spvp should be no Problem!
In PvP yes. No problem.

PvE and PvP, sure. WvW, maybe but not well. The big blob fights end up causing even some of the best setups some grief in frame drops.
Mine isn’t probably one of the “best” but it does well on max settings everywhere but WvW, I turn everything down to medium and low for WvW for best performance. I need to be able to fight more than I need to be able to see sparkly things on peoples armor and weapons then lol.

One thing that I’d highly recommend for this game is a solid state drive. It made a world of a difference for me.
