been away since the spring (RL issues) and there seems to be loads of people wearing ghostly wings?
How do I get these? (Tried searching but couldn’t find anything)

You can only get them from the TP (they were reward items from Dragon Bash from some weeks ago)..

The ones that look like they are made of webs/nets are Holographics Dragon Wings and are purchasable on the TP.

The ones that look like they are made of bones are Holographic Shatterer Wings and they were an account bound reward for completing enough events during the Dragon Bash Festival. They are now unobtainable.

The full wings are on TP; holographic dragon wing cover.

The shattered wings were only available from the dragon bash meta-achievement. Short of them coming back next June that may be all there is.
