Is ANet only offering the new hair colors for a limited time, or will those colors remain options permanently?

I think they’re permanent.

They haven’t said anything about them being for a limited time only and I think they’d want to make sure we knew if that was the case so people would get on and buy it instead of waiting. (Which would mean lost sales as well as dissapointed customers.)

There was a post by a dev stating that the colours are there to stay. Check the Black Lion forum for more, if interested.
