I already asked this question in the german forum, but nobody could help me there… Does anyone know if Wintersbark (shortbow from ele) has the same arrow effects like the summoned version? When I get it from ele my thief shoots frost arrows and I like to know if the crafted version have them too…

I would assume that there is no effects otherwise the slingshot would shot snow balls as well. It might be because of the skill that causes the arrow to be like that, not the bow. And the bow isn’t a legendary so I see no point in why it would modify your arrows.

But this is speculation with using the sling shot and seeing the Guardian bow.

No… The looks are the same, but the animations will be default. only legendary weapons have different skill effects.
