Any special tricks? So far I’ve spent about 2 hours trying to jump. The furthest I got was to the rolling boulders (at which point time ran out). Aside from wishing that all other players that trigger disappearing things to disappear themselves in nearest black hole, this has been the worst experience ever And I need to do it 15 times. Grr

The snowflakes and presents disappear whether there are other players there or not.

The snowflake section is pretty straight forward, just jump from platform to platform.

The presents section, you need to make sure you jump from the very edge of the fire platform so you make it far enough to land on the first present, and then just never stop running forward and jumping. Watch for the wind that will knock you off the platform once you’re off the presents. This section is the only one that is really trying to make you fall.

The snowball section, just have patience, wait at each safe spot until the snowball rolls by and you’ll make it through this section 100% of the time.

Yes, don’t rush the snowballs; the timing’s not as tight as the rest of the puzzle. Other people who’ve made it that far generally seem to know what they’re doing, so it’s a good bet to follow them to the safe spots (might be helpful if you’ve got the bug with the invisible snowballs). Be cautious and try not to think about the chill effect at all. Just move when you can.

Exploding presents are definitely the hardest part — often you get lucky and can just jump straight, but that’s not always the case. Be alert. This game rewards lerts. :-)

Also, if you didn’t know it, when you are at the snowballs you are ALMOST DONE!

PS — Sometimes a bug will allow guardians to keep their aegis virtue in the puzzle, so it might be a good idea to use a guard if you’ve got one.

We’re going to devote our energies to sports, gardening, all the cultural pursuits;
in fact, we’re going to put the goons to sleep.
Meanwhile – we dig.
