Hey there, a tad new to the forums. Recently while I was playing I noticed this level 1 character in the tutorial wrecking every enemy the game threw at us and I was wondering what kind of a build that was. Seemed really powerful at level 1 and that looked like a lot of fun.

What I noticed is that this person had 25 stacks of a stat bonus typically awarded by a sigil. They had apparently upgraded their weapon with a (minor?) sigil of bloodlust, which gives +5 power for every kill made, up to 25×5 = 125 bonus power.

What is unusual is that it should not be possible for level 1 characters to receive any new items from anywhere else. The only thing I can think of is that a friend (on a different account) sent this player an item or two through in-game mail.

Normally, level 1 players should not have any builds at all; all they have is their starter armor and main-hand weapon, a single heal skill and nothing else.

Anyone with the Digital Deluxe edition will get a new bank golem with every new character. With that you can access your bank. The rest should be obvious.

This is commonly done by people farming black lion keys.

But that wouldn’t be a bad idea when key farming…throw in some sigils, and some extra lvl appropriate gear, makes it go a little faster, especcialy if you are doing it solo.

Yeah. I have have a set of level zero armor that I put in 4 different runes that have plus 10 power as the first stat. I have bloodlust on my weapon and I use rice balls (+20 power) and rough sharpening stones (power = 1% of your toughness). By the time I get to the big boss I can usually kill it in 4 autoattacks.
