I have ground my way to what I hope is a small stones throw from achieving this. The only thing that I am missing is one Point of Interest (POI) but where can I look? All the explorable areas including cities and those associated with the Mists are showing that POIs are all 100%. Any ideas gratefully received.

Might be the chantry if secrets in blood tide coast? It’s near the deadend waypoint. Even if you think you have it, you should make sure, because of a bug.

Chantry of Secrets is the most common to miss, and also the PoI in Claw Island, you only access that area during your personal story, the 1st time you go there is at lvl 40 iirc.

Trust, me it’s the Chantry of Secrets. Doesn’t show on the map until you have it. It’s on one of the little islands on Bloodtide Coast. If you google it you’ll find it fast enough. It’s an instance. Run all through it and you’ll get your POI.

1. Find which Map has the missing way point.
Bring up the world Map, mouse over each map and you should find which map has the missing way point.

2. Go to the GW2 Wiki and look up the map.
Check your map against the map on the Wiki.

3. Double check the WvW maps!

Thanks a bundle guys. It was the Chantry of Secrets as suggested.

Chantry of secrets is the most easy to miss since it technically is its own instance. I only got it on my first toon because he was an order of whispers agent so i picked up the POI during a story quest or something.

Even if you’ve been there before you can miss the POI.

Anyway, congrats on your world completion!
