Alright, so I don’t know whether or not to put this in the bug section, because I don’t know if its truely a bug, but here we go. I am an engineer, and I am a VERY avid WvW engineer. I love the, even if it is miniscule, strategy aspect of it. In most situations, I find myself defending the keep, mainly hill on the east side. Here is where my issue comes in:

My main CC toolkit is my flamethrower. My issue is: is it a considered a bug or bug abuse to spew waves of flames through the gate at the opposing team. Its easy farm, some players are too dumb to even dodge it (especially those on a ram.) And when your team has an oil pot, and god forbid I make this joke, its adding more fuel to the fire.

Yes, I’ve seen AOE’s go through the gate and other attacks, as well as mesmer copies. But it worries me cuz it feels like an obvious bug, and the last thing I need is a bug ban for a game I actually payed for. So, would this be considered a bug and would it be bug abuse? Or is it just both a un/fortunate aspect of the game for both parties in WvW?

Edit: if it is a bug, I’ll gladly stop it. There are other ways to snipe as an engineer.
