I did not completely understand the infusion slots and bought a defensive one but I was told I need the utility one. I am wondering is there anyway to get a change or are there GM’s in the game who can change them if they want to be nice? Or are you stuck with it?

They generally won’t do anything for player mistakes. The only exception I am aware of is for compromised accounts and that is a full rollback to a particular date.

i did that same thing… i wrote to them as well and got nada. i think they should divide those amulets better so they aren’t all mixed and are near their certain infusions. good thing is youll have enough in a month or so to get a new one ^^

You can fit omni infusions in there, can’t you?

Happened to me too, they should change tha amulets to have utility infusion slots, noone is using the offesive/defensive ones anyway
