Hey, just a quick question, been doing the WvW jumping puzzle daily, for the tokens, it seems I have done it an hour earlier than I did yesterday. If I wait by the chest will it close upon the 24th hour or do I have to leave the area and wait? Many thanks.

If it doesn’t close while you’re there (and I doubt that it will), do a quick re-log. It should be closed on your return, assuming the required timeframe has passed.

Yes, if you wait by the chest, it will close and you can open it again. I know as I’ve done this in the past (gone too early and had to wait a few minutes). Also, it might be dangerous to afk there, so you might want to grab the invisibility fountain while you wait.

I can verify this as well, at least for sure on the big chest in the EB puzzle (I would assume the two key chests would work the same way).

Question with the borderland vault. Does only one person need the key then they can open the door for everyone?

i can confirm that you need the keys yourself to open the BL chest as well. i’ve ran in before with only one half of the key when someone else opened the vault, and couldn’t loot the chest. lol
