From my experience it has been around 7pm EST and dailies reset at 8pm EST
I’ve heard it’s around 16:00 server time. Dunno if it’s true or not though.

Hello I have been searching for quite awhile and can’t seem to find the answer to this Question.
What Time Does the WvW Match Reset?
I know that Daily Achievements Reset at 00:00 UTC and the Monthly Resets on the first of the month at the same time, but is there a set time for when the WvW Matches reset?
