No offense to you personally but why are people asking for class advise always asking for the wonder profession that is everything. If there was a class thats good at all the things you want then everyone was playing it. In the end the classes are reasonable balanced and it depends a bit what you want to do. If you want to farm tokens in a zerg you might prefer Ele. Despite what people are saying an ele can be build really sturn and protective, while still doing huge damage. Without the possibility to hide in a zerg you might get into trouble easy. Off course mesmer is a very good alternative.

Also keep in mint that every good player knows when and how to switch to close combat. there is no real exclusivly ranged profession cause warriors, thiefs and guardians will jumpclose to you anyhow.

Thought this forum was players helping players?? No offence taken but I’m not asking for a wonder class more of a good ranged roamer or wasn’t I being specific? Thx for input

that is rather harsh, this is player HELPING players, no matter the question if your looking around in here at topics in my opinion you should be willing to help, at least a little.

as for your question Nomad, no idea if this is the thread you wanted something answered in? however the best roamer at the moment i would say is a Melee Health Regeneration Ranger, under played class but its getting a come back with this latest patch.

Thief, Mesmer, Ele can all be awesome roamers a well played mesmer mind i would say would be best, you can 1v6 if your wary and good enough and solo an upgraded tower (video evidence of this).
