Why is the Zenith Recurve skin not an option in my 13k achievement chest?

I have no idea. There’s no restriction on which Zenith weapons you can choose from each achievement reward so it should always be on the list unless you’ve already got it.

All I can think to suggest is double check the whole list to make sure you didn’t miss it and if it’s definitely not there contact Support. Use the link on the website, not the in-game bug report since you want a direct response to this, but include screenshots if you can.

I saw that. Went through the whole list 3 or 4 times. Also did a search in the wardrobe for “zenith” skins and the Recurve is definitely greyed out.

I filed a ticket with support, but my experience with them has been somewhat random.
