Guild Wars 2

I just purchased Guild Wars 2, and installed for the first time, went to login and system asking for an access key, I don’t have one what should I do?

Did you purchase the game online? If so, you should have an email (sent to your login email). Go check your email.

If you bought a physical copy, the code would be on the packaging, I’d imagine.

If there is no email and no code on the packaging, you’ll have to contact support. https://help.guildwars2.com/home

I’m not dead sure what you’re talking about but I has been almost 3 years so I guess there was an acceptance of terms procedure before first login. Try checking your email they sent you when you bought the game for the serial number.

Or perhaps post a screen shot. (Make sure it has no filled in log in information)
