if you have a bank guild and you put money in it and then disband it, what happens to the money? anyone know?

If everyone leaves a guild then it’s deleted. That means all the upgrades that are unlocked, including the bank and everything in it, are deleted too.

A gone guild is gone. The grawl come in and take the spoils back to their huts and caves to fund their Edge of the Mists champions.

It goes up to the big Guild Bank in the sky. If you look up you can see it up there resting on a little cloud, drinking margaritas bought with your gold. /guildbankwaves.

That’s one big use for picking up a $10 alt account if you are a solo member of a bank guild. You can make the alt account a leader also and if you manage to leave the guild, it can invite you back and make you leader again. Imo, $10 is worth it for that alone if you have a guild bank with 250 storage and full of stuff.

I never understood why people are so happy to put expensive stuff in their guild banks and take this risk.

If you’re going to have that second account to add an extra safety member to your guild, in case you hit the leave this guild button…… fill the 6 character slots and slap 18 slotter bags on them… same storage capacity but much, much safer.

I only use the guild bank to transfer stuff from one account to another and maybe to store stacks of thick leather squares (nearly worthless). Nothing else.

If you’re going to have that second account

• Not everyone has “that” second account.
• Plenty of those that do use it for gaining extra loot from JPs, events, etc, so they don’t have room for “expensive stuff”
