i was recently looking for a good way to unlock more dyes for my character, i have a good number of common dyes and some above that level and I was wondering if there was a good way to unlock all the dyes or almost all of the dyes available without dumping too much gold on unlocking them all, any tips?

By price? Get the cheapest first then buy the more expensive ones?

That should get you the most for the least gold. And use buy orders.

You can use laurels to buy unidentified dyes. You might get lucky and get some of the rarer ones but even if not it eliminates some of the ones you’d need to buy.

And if you get any duplicates you can sell them and use the money to buy another.

I’d recommend against this approach – one unidentified dye costs 5 laurels, when said 5 laurels could net you ~5 gold by using them on heavy crafting bags and selling the contents. If you use laurels it’d be better to get gold from them and then use the gold to buy the dyes you want, since common dyes are 1-5 silver and the rare, non-gemstore and non-celestial/abyss ones go from 80s-5g approx.

i recently unlocked ALL the blue and green rarity dyes simply through buy orders for between 8-10g having only a handful of non starter dyes when i started. That was 150-200 dyes or something like that.

Other than tp, doesn’t seem to be any good way to unlock those. They don’t seem to drop anymore.

Laurels for dyes are a poor way to buy dyes. Off the TP is the cheapest by far.

I’ve gotten so many unid dyes from the rng loot bags that were added to the rewards for personal story if you want to “farm” those.

The best way is just to buy specific colors from the tp with buy orders. Blue and green dyes are cheap.

Ya order them by the TP. It will take a long time, but won’t cost much for all the green and blue. Rare will be an issue because a couple are expensive. After there is also the exclusive dye from event and gem store. Those cost A LOT of gold since they were time limited.
