bought some at gem store, can’t find them anywhere.. no mail, not in my inventory, not in other character’s inventory..

am I forgetting something or did something go wrong?

Have you cleared out other mails to make sure you got the mail with your keys? There is a limit on how many mails you can have, I think it’s 10, so if you have too many and delete a few mails it may arrive once you are under the limit.
