Ok i found out that mistform or elixir s stompping isnt bug. Atleast if i can trust wiki but the real issue is that there are many and i mean loads of skills that can be used on stompping and works or looks like a bug. So i need aswer for the following skills and i mean answer. all i get is just fight over the skills about that which one is better or so on…. I want to know is it bug exploiting or not. If any anet guy reads this i hope this isnt skipped again but answered really. so Here comes the list:

Plague form
Lich form
Death shroud
Necrotic traversal(fleshwurm active)
Spectral walk
Blink
Shadowstep
Portal
Mesmers staff skill 2(dont remember the name, blink like)
Lighning Flash
Tornado(transform)

Im pretty sure there are even more skills that can do this kind of stomp and it clearly looks like a bug but i remembered jsut these. I really hope some anet guy sees this this time. my all other attempts has been just ignored and im getting a bit kittened. It would be good if this would be either fixed or freaking allowed… silence isnt helpping. dont want to exploit bugs and get banned for things that sbeen lying around since forever and seem to be very popular in pvp.

It’s not a bug that these skills prevent you from performing a stomp (presumably you mean on a downed player) This is to stop a player being invulnerable while stomping so that the downed player has no chance to take down the stomper if they’re low on health.

actually these skills can stomp player if activated stomp right time. sorry if i explained myself badly
