As the title says , can i get this armor anywhere ingame or anything that looks like it?

I don’t think it does

It looks lona like TA/whispers armor, with Arah legs

Also looks a bit like ascended heavy

maybe this helps to find some combo’s?

I looks like this concept art only made it slightly in the game, the shoulders look a lot like the left shoulder for the light named armor, but there is no heavy armor with lion-heads in the shoulders.

some elements have been used in existing armor, but it is widely spread and often farfetched
Boots: HoM heavy boots
Shoulders: light named shoulder left
Cape: Arah heavy
waste-section: vigil heavy (but without the lionhead, no armor with a lionhead there)

So all in all, it is unused conceptart, with elements that could have inspired artists
