Anyone able to tell me how i change my game world, i’m stuck in a German server & need to be in a UK server.

Sever transfer is every 7 days. You can do that by logging into the game. Once you are at the character selection, click on the “World Selection” located at the lower left corner. You can then find a server you desired and not “FULL” to transfer to.
