kann man das Spiel mittlerweile auf Chinesisch spielen, wenn man die deutsche Version gekauft hat? Also gibt es Möglichkeiten, sich zusätzlich etwas zu installieren?

Du kannst das Spiel nicht auf Chinesisch spielen mit ein Deutsche version. Du musst das Chinesisch Version kaufen.

He wanted to know if he can play the Chinese version when he has bought a German version of the game.
