I am trying to pick a class for leveling to 80, I’m not asking for the best all round class.
My question is:

What is the fastest and/or easiest class to level up?

All of them, leveling is easy

You should pick the class that you will enjoy the most after 80. Getting to 80 is pretty easy.

But if you want a class that will never die and can faceroll to 80, warrior or guardian.

all of them are easy…just use aoe and ranged weapons often, tag every single mob you see. See someone fighting a moa, tag him and help him finish the mob off, boom xp. I hit level 80 with my ranger super fast when i first joined and was roaming around with my small guild, simply because they were all melee and i was range and i could hit everything. It sounds kinda cheap (i did contribute to the fights though) but it honestly does work.

Guardian and Ranger are the two easiest 80s I’ve gotten/easiest for world completion. But getting to 80 isn’t tough no matter what because you can stick to lower level zones if you want to, or join a huge group in WvW or whatever.
