classes that mimics the "Rushdown" Playstyle?
Those requirements would make this a PvP specific question.
Even then with things like stability, stun breaks and shadow steps/teleport you can’t really fully pull off those things.
A condi mesmer would cover the requirements the best.
first thing i thought of was warrior. if they put conditions on you, use resistance to negate them, if they try to combo you, you break it with a kick or headbutt, meanwhile being agressive with a greatsword. i enjoy the relentlessness of warrior damage and the amount of passive healing it can have.
for long strings of damage or a bit of a hit and run, i could also see thief or power mesmer as they prefer to fight on their own terms.
The meta warrior GS + mace/shield is what you’re describing, however that philosophy is present for every single profession in PvP, even classes that aren’t apparent. I’ll use druid as an example since that’s my main, druid is thought of as a bunker, but the way it gets kills is to peck peck peck at an opponent until their defense is used up and then boom, you CC lock them and explode them.
GW2 PvP is very much wearing people down and then exploding them unless they are inexperienced, in which case you just ignore their efforts to stay alive and explode them with a daredevil.
