One will goto your Fraps save folder, the other to your GW2 save folder.

In any case you could just change your key binding for taking screenshots in gw2.

Remove the keybinding on your Guild Wars 2 client so you won’t get duplicates. Then set your Fraps to use PrintScreen for screenshots.

I use SMAA which has it’s own screenshot too (SMAA is better than FXAA btw).

Guild Wars 2’s screenshot quality is poor. So I’m considering using Fraps to take screenshots.

You can also just set the GW2 screenshot option to use uncompressed Bitmaps, rather than the default JPEGS. The quality of those should be better, but they’re quite a bit bigger for obvious reasons.

You do this by adding -bmp to the command line in the GW2 shortcut.

Like so: “G:\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe” -bmp

From that point on, the screenshots are stored uncompressed, which should be better quality than the default JPEGS.

In the first place, why can’t YOU test it yourself? You could have been enjoying those screenshots already instead of posting here, waiting for replies, and when people replied back, you don’t want to accept their help and ask again for help.

It’s faster to test it yourself than ask online and not accept their replies. It’s screenshot/printscreen, it’s not going to blow up all the nukes First World countries are hiding…
