i wonder %5 or +%10 damage bonus in sigil or any rune does effect critical damage? or only effect normal damage?

I think you mean if aditional power through runes affects critical damage.
The answer is yes.
Critical damage is depending on the base damage. Power always increases base damage, so also critical damage. It is the main reason why Beserker is so popular.
a: you hit hard
b: you have a high change of hitting harder
c: if you hit harder your hit a lot harder then you would normally hit hard.

Yes, for example i mean 6th bonus of scholar or ranger runes. For days im testing difference about Ranger rune and Opal orb. Actually orb have more critic damage and more power than rune. rune only have more critic change and it’s 6th bonus that is +5% damage while you have a companion. still I’m not sure which one is better..

Ranger is better.
