OK, so basically, i have a mesmer with 100% world completion and i have my elementalist sitting at a cool 45% exploration. But i am in love with my ele and i wanna get meteorlogicus for her, but do u guys think i should get world completion with my ele or just use token i already got from mesmer to make gift of mastery? What do u think of chars with legendaries but no exploration start thingy?

honestly I found exploration to be a headache, and wouldn’t have done it if it wasn’t required for a legendary. In my opinion, if you’ve done it once and have a gift just lying around, use it for your ele.

I think it makes more sense to use the Gift you’ve already got than to make another one.

The only way I could see it being an issue is if you’re an RPer and it’s important to you that your characters earn/make everything they use. But even then there are ways around it. I like to imagine my characters are all friends, so it makes sense they share supplies and help each other out with equipment.

There is no problem in using the gifts of exploration you already have to make a legendary for another toon.

Unless you have a personal issue with it.

There’s no problem using the gift for your ele. I, personally, am going for 100% map exploration on my ele because I just want her to have the star (already did it on my necro + made one legendary). I know it isn’t that noticeable, but I feel like if she’s gonna be running around with the bifrost, she should have 100% maps.
