well im new here hello everyone first question is there any guild sections in forums?? where players can recruit?
secont question is getting 80 lvl and getting to maaguma is only way to get fly( glide skill) ?? i got that hearth of thorn also path of fire dlc just wanned to have that option so much reminds the one thing that aion was shining with:) god i loved that flying option
third question what are thous mentors leaders or what ever else showing in map first i tought its about party then i did se its not then i think it was about clans(guilds) wrong again now i confused what they are ?

Second, you need to go to HoT map to level up HoT mastery and experience to get gliding.

Third, maybe the one you see is a squad commander tag.
Commander is a tag that player usually use when organizing event such as Meta Event or World versus World, player can easily join the squad by right click the commander and choose join, or click them in map and join. Squad can have up to 50 member.
