new to the game, bought some gem’s for cosmetics. and i wanted to exchange the rest of my gems to gold
when i go to exchange my gems it says “this feature is currently disabled, please try again later”
is the gem to gold exchange down or something? it’s been like this for the past few days

I think it’s a new account/anti-gold seller thing. I think it activates after a week or so.

To combat gold sellers, new accounts have a number of limitations that lift as your account gets older and is played. They won’t say how long or how much play time as gold sellers can use this information to get around the limits.
