Oki so i know there is a bug that prevents you from access the guild vendors even if you have the rank to do so. Now i find myself in this situation.

So i started to look for a workaround for this and it says that if you represent your old guild and then back again to the new it should work and that you might have to do it on multiple caracters

So i went ahead took 2 hours to do that with all my caracters and it still doesnt work i event tried leaving and rejoining the guild. Do anyone find emselfs in the same situation ? Anyone have a fix for this ? Im getting really really frustrated. And this bug doesnt seem like its gonna be fixed anytime soon

Are you positive that your new guild has unlocked access to the guild weapon and armorsmiths? You can check by looking in the upgrade section of the guild panel. I personally haven’t heard of this bug before so if that is the case I can only suggest you contact support.

ye im positive we tested it other guildies can access with the same rank also the ones that cant just dit the represent switch and it worked but it doesnt for me at all

One other thing I have heard is that you sometimes can’t access guild vendors/banks if you are not on that guild’s home server. Not sure if you are on a different server or guesting somewhere.

I think this might be the case my guild is on another server
Really hope they fix this problem its really frustrating not to be able to use any of the guild services

EDIT: transfering servers now to see if it works just hope i dont waste my money
EDIT2: Transfering worked i can now access for anyone with the same issue

A guild may have members on different servers but each server is responsible for generating its own influence pool and buying upgrades. So, for example, if your home server is Tarnished Coast but the rest of your guild is based on Blackgate – if you haven’t specifically upgraded the TC guild to have weapon and armorsmith vendors but Blackgate have you will not be able to access them.

This isn’t a bug, it is working as intended.

Whats the point while i was on my server they got my influence on the other server then it doesnt make sense if the pool of influence is supposed to be generated on my server. Not that i dont trust you but ive learned its better to actually
get this type of information straight from anet. This should be changed in my oppinion if its suppose to work like that the influence is there the upgrades have been bought why do we have to double upgrade doesnt make sense.

It’s working as it’s always worked which is a far cry from “as intended” — at least I hope so. Surely to God no developer would ever intend to have a guild branch. I’m still hoping that at some point they’ll fix this for all of the other amenities the way they’ve fixed it for guild bounties.

What lexy said is correct i can’t find the exact quote, but Anet did say that having different pools of influence was intended.

the bug is it’s too hard to write code to make it work right so we just aren’t going to do it
