Guild Wars 2 Forum - Players Helping Players

We recently accomplished this upgrade.. and didn’t see any changes to the guild hall like we normally do with the other upgrades.

Does anyone know where this thing is located?

Central Waypoint → North onto the stairs → East in a ceiling covered area.
