Guild Wars 2

This is partaining to my warrior but no one seems to know in the warrior forums so I thought I would ask here =)

So I was wondering if I stack +healing power stat on my armour will it increase the power of my regen health tick of the passive health regeneration signet or will it only increase the active ability of the signet??? Thank you for your time in helping me with this =)

+healing power increases every way of healing, including regeneration.
So yes it increases the passive and the active part of the signet.
