Iv bought it with real money only to find out it has to be applied and is not ready to use, i have 5 transmute crystals, a strap and im level 23 with my highest character, it wont accept the strap or a backpack if i drag it in.

any help is much appreciated

double click the quagan and set in the item you need to combind it with

You need to use an actual back piece. I don’t think you’ll be able to equip a back item till lvl 35 though.

Ah fair enough, that’s a long time for my lvl 8 asura lol, looks a bit weird on an assassin, thanks for the reply’s, i presume its a main quest reward?

Unless you intend to further spend fine transmutation stone to apply it to a lv80 item, i suggest you hold off using it.

If I’m reading you right, you purchased a Plush Quaggan Backpack Set, which comes with a Plush Quaggan Cover + a white-level backstrap?

You don’t need a transmute for it!
Just doubleclick the Cover and apply it to any back item, ie the statless strap if you haven’t anything else.

Later, when you do get some decent back item, you’ll need to transmute it normally.

I just purchased the skin from the gem store i don’t think it came with with a backstrap, :/
