i saw some people runing a around with vigil armor i want to get it but dont where to go or where to buy it can some one help? thanks

You should be the member of Vigil. Go to Vigil Keep in Gendarran Fields, there should be armor trader.

And bring your gold, cos a full set of lvl 80 rares will set you back around 7g.

Also, the best is only lvl 80 rare, so it is not end-game kit. Buy it only if you like the ‘look’ to use as a rather expensive skin ..
