Guild Wars 2

the class I’m looking for in a class is a dps class (ranged and/or meel) can take a hit just in if I don’t dodges in time. I don’t care if I have a pet I just don’t went it to be powerful then me. have some good healing spells. I like magic is so awesome what you can do with it. I like to be in mail armor. not vary good at binge sneaky and I do like to play alone. I do like to go to dungeons but I think pvp is the only way to show how good you good at games. I play a Paladin on world of warcraft.

lol Guardian . . . there are no dps/tank/healers in guild wars 2 they can all do it. But I would say engineer would be the most hybrid of the profs.

Necro can have a decent hyb build. Also ranger, engineer & war. I know not about others.

Paladin… yeah… well Guardian is an overpowered face-tanking thing… you may try that one.

If you want melee and ranged options, want to wear heavy armor and use magic, deal decent damage but also have survivability, you can really only choose Guardian, as this satisfies all requirements. However, ranged options are more mid-range than long-range, just so you are aware.

Elementalist!
It doesn’t get much more hybrid than an elementalist with full Celestial Gear : D

Elementalist have strong choices for melee range (D/D), Medium Range (Scepter/Dagger or Scepter/Focus), and Long range (Staff).

They have 4 attunements each one focusing on a different aspect of game play.
*Fire usually associated with DPS, damage, nukes and spikes.
*Water associated with healing support and chill.
*Air usually associated with CC/stuns/knockbacks and blind.
*Earth usually associated with defense CC and bleeds.

You have skills that make you invulnerable so using a panic skill when you’re about to get hit hard is not hard (mist form, Obsidian flesh etc.) You also have the ability to heal a lot of damage. It’s not per say a healer as you’re used to in a traditional MMO but even if you do get hit… and live… you won’t have any problems getting yourself back to full health.

Elementalist are pretty much wanted in just about every game mode (maybe not sPVP atm, it’s been a while since I did anything in sPVP on my Ele) so you will never have trouble finding a group.

Guardians are a good choice too… but I find playing an Elementalist a lot more dynamic and fun than I do my Guardian.

Eles r pretty nice but you also need a lotta skill to pull one off. Trust me I have an ele and when I was first learning it, usually downed all the time and when I wasn’t would be struggling to survive. Probably not the best fit for him judging from his post lol.. nah bro if you want heavy then go heavy. Dont worry abt magic thats not always best, though it can be quite flashy at times. Warrior or guardian ftw.. most noobs go warrior since thats kinda brainless. I’d recommend the same :P
