Nope, there hasn’t been any use for them since about April last year.
You have two options:
- Delete them
- Wait and see if they can be turned in when Season 1 comes back as permanent content.
There is no deadline for Season 1 coming back, but Anet have said it won’t be soon. It could be a year from now, or 5 years, or never.
I don’t think you could get anything particularly special with them. If I was you I’d delete them.
