if i want to change height, build, hair style, color of skin facial features, etc.
is there going to be a npc or cs item that does this? if not ill re-roll as early as possible.

I would assume at least hair style will be changeable eventually. All of these types of games do it.

As to when, well, I’d say if it bothers you too much just change it ASAP. I’m no Nostradamus but I don’t see these features existing in the near future. There’s too much on Anet’s plate as it is.
