A friend of my can’t seem to get the skill item from Erts Jug of Power skill challenge. He assured me that it’s not in his inventory and his bags are not collapsed. When he clicks on the skill challenge he’s getting the first message “Green sludge slops over the edge of this jug. Its potent aroma fills your nostrils and makes you dizzy.” but with no option to take the sludge. Does anyone have any idea as to what’s going on?

My other friend and I both got the item without any issues. We were both lower level than the one that has the problem. Is this some sort of random chance where players just can’t complete skill challenges until they’re at a certain level?

Do you have other characters that are above level 13? If so, skill points are unlocked right away on all of your newer characters.

Does your friend have any other characters that are above level 13? If not, that’s why he can’t get the skill point.

What level is your friend’s character?

When he hits level 13, he’ll be able to get the item.

The New Player Experience did change when you can do certain things to lower the information overload chances. And skill points unlock at level 13.

However, he can participate in combat skill point challenges as long as someone else starts them.

He has a level 22 character that completed that skill challenge. He’s able to complete other skill challenges but it’s just this one he’s having issues with.
