Run events or harvest resources in low-level zones. There are many events, including Renown Hearts, in all zones that can be contributed to/completed by performing non-combat functions. Reviving, repairing, fetching, and feeding livestock are all examples of things you can do to earn coin without fighting.
You also might be able to purchase armor from karma vendors that can get you by until you can purchase the gear you desire. In the future, don’t sell your equipment until you’re sure you can afford to buy, find, or craft a replacement.
My opinion, if you don’t have a lot of money, don’t worry about buying armor right now. Use what you can find until you’re level 80, then farm for what you really want.
For now, go do some events, sell some junk, and fix your armor. Work on leveling and save your money.
If you’re level 39, what happened to all your other armor?
i sold it all to get that nice good looking amour hahaha and i only got a gloves and a helm and thank guys for the tips
and where can i buy amour for karma vendors for norns
I’m impressed you made 39 levels without figuring out karma vendors.
Every time you complete an event and get a renown heart on the map (solid yellow) you can talk to that NPC and buy things from them with karma points. They’re not like regular vendors where they sell the same old stuff. Each karma NPC has unique items, so you need to visit a bunch of them.
It is a lot cheaper to buy gear off the TP, than from NPCs. If you buy blue gear, you can even sell it back to the TP once its obsolete, and if it only sells for 1 copper over the vendor price, you can vendor it with minimal losses.
Karma gear is often badly itemized, so much so that I hardly even look at what renown vendors sell these days.
^ He has no money, though.
thanks all i do is complete the maps 100 percent i dont craft or that

It seems you’re going for cultural armor as it becomes available to you. Terrible idea to be honest. It’s extraordinarily expensive and you can get equally powerful gear off of the TP for much less. That gear is specifically for vanity purposes, and is something you should aim to get after you hit 80. You’ll out-level that gear rather quickly and then it will simply be gathering dust in storage until you transmute the looks onto stronger gear. It’s quite a handicap early on.
As others have said, do 100% completion on low-level zones until you can buy a decent armor set off of the TP. When leveling alts, I’ve stuck to upgrading gear every 4 levels, buying “fine” (blue) quality items off of the TP since people sell them at merch value. Cycling through these sets usually costs under 50 copper each time. Blue rarity is strong enough to work with as you level.
