hi guys ,
im struggling abit to understand a few things .
ive got 2 lvl 31 and havent came across a dungeon that i was aware of ?
are there any ? lol
and pvp seems very complaicated or am i missing something ?

The first dungeon (Ascalonian Catacombs) is located in the Charr starting area. You can enter story mode at level 30, and explorable mode at level 35. Your best chance to find a group is by shouting out in Lion’s Arch.

Can you be more specific about the PvP issues you’re facing?

When you reach level 30 there should be a message in your mailbox directing you to your first dungeon which is Ascalonian Catacombs in the Plains of Ashford-Zone. There’s a total of 9 Dungeons currently in the game.
