Is this skill challenge bugged?
It is in Dissun’s Mine in Dredgehaunt Cliffs. The NPC speaks but isnt visible.
So this skill challenge is working for everyone else?

October 1st, bugged on Dragonband. You can read what the NPC is saying but nobody there to interact with.
and thats my last one for 100% dreadnaught and thats my last one for 100% dreadnaught
