Okay, my question is this: can you use the items bought at the pvp laurel vendor in pve? I am asking because I have tones of badges of honor and don’t pvp (I got them through the achievement boxes) and the rings are ten laurels cheaper than they are from the pve laurel vendor.

Those are WvW laurel vendors, they are cheaper in terms of laurels but require a stack of badges. Since it is WvW, you can use it in PvE. I don’t play much pvp, but I don’t think there are ascended gear vendors/laurel people, even though you do get them with dailies
