It can and usually does mean both. Soloed/duoed and done without using exploits.
What does that mean? That the run is legit and havent been stolen (ehich kinda doesnt make sense, since everyone can claim that) or that it is a full legit run where every boss have been killed? (Only sold around 10 dungeons with my thief and havent asked about things like this yet)
