linking GW to GW2

Hi peeps, anyone had problems linking GW to GW2, for some reason it wont recognise my security code, Ive also got Factions Nightfall Eye of the north, so any help with this would be great!! Tickets are in awaiting reply Cheers Baz

Asking support is probably your best bet.

I linked my accounts back when I first bought GW2. It was almost 2 years ago now so I don’t really remember and I’m not clear on which bits of information were required to link the accounts and which were simply for creating the new one.
