How the heck do I buy one of these? Any time I visit the merchant in SW with 3 stacks of perseverance it is never an option to buy this?

dont you get those out of helmet boxes?

Are you going to the quartermasters in the forts? The fort also needs to not be under attack.

Also it is a dialogue option with the merchant, not part of their trade goods window.

Oops wiki said merchant in camp resolve sold them which was not true. Found it from quartermaster
