map 99% complete (problem)
Firstly hop from map to map and see which one is not 100% complete. Then take a good look at the one you find it incomplete. This includes clicking on the various layers of height of the map, and also look at edges of the map. The maps are roughly rectangular shaped, so it will be obvious when you miss something like a corner. Other PoI’s might be rightsmack in the middle of the map but in a cave underneath you, and you might have missed it even you you walked on top of it. Also, there’s this.
Checked chantry of secrets? Story instance, I had to go back there to trigger my rewards even though I had 100% but there was a PoI inside there.
