According to the Wiki they are a rare random drop from Young Karka, but I can’t verify that myself.
Personally I got a Mini Karka Hatchlings drop from a young karka, so probably that one drops too.
do they drop in southsun cove?
during the opening event where the consortium chests were available they said that everything inside them would drop in that area….but even mini pets?
