as title state trying to find someone whom can port me up to the goggles, i am willing to donate for the help

You cannot ‘port directly to the goggles. It’s a two or three step ‘porting process. I suggest getting a group of guild or friend mesmers and making an event of it. I also recommend jumping using an asura (if you have one). I find them easier to steer on the way down. If you have enough people, it’s useful to have one in the target water to ‘aim’ for. Good luck.

Just need two Mesmers and you can get ported from the WP.

Depending on where you died when falling, and the skill of the Mesmer getting down to you, you will only need one to revive you.

Don’t forget the teleport to friend. If you have a stash of those (they come in third birthday gifts, I’m not advocating gem store purchases here) then you need -any- friend who can get to the goggles, mesmer or no. Then they stand on the goggle platform while you tele to them. If you die you wp then tele back.

well thanks for the suggestions but i got lucky & log on to someone porting people up to goggles finally got it but it does only take one person just you have to wait at the wall for the port

Yeah. I normally drop down to right where you come in and see the airship when I port people.

Congratulations! I have to say a huge thanks to all the mesmers out there who have helped folk like us get this achieve. There is no way I would have gotten it any other way and I tried and tried and tried. This was probably my most hated jumping puzzle in the whole game.
