I bought a personal qaurtz crystal node for my home instance. I used it and cant find it anywhere. Im an asura and have looked in my home instance (Applied Development Lab) It doesnt appear on my mini map and noticed that some pics and vids of others that it does appear on thier mini map.

Am I doing something wrong or is this tech issue?

you can only harvest it once every 24hrs. It disappears from your map until then. If you go to Asura home, it is just to your left at the edge of the ledge. Make sure your map is zoomed in. And if you are a little laggy (like me), it takes a little while to render.

edit: also, if you bought it from gemstore, go to your mail to claim it, then your inventory to consume it.

I claimed it and used it. I havent found it at all to harvest even once. Its not appearing on my mini map. ill check by the edge

If you’ve gone in your home instance after using the item and it’s not there then it’s probably a bug. Contact support about it.

You can try looking in any Home Instance with any of your characters (they don’t have to be the correct race). You might find it there, and then in the Asuran Home Instance soon after.

Have you double-clicked it while inside the instance? If so, re-entering should help. Try also to relog.

In the human instance, the sprocket generator is very close to the front door of the orphanage. Please try looking there.
