I just started gw2 coming from 8 years of wow, and starting a new mmo alone is dreadfully boring and making me not wanna play gw2, but the game is just amazing I’m just not having much fun alone. So I really need someone to start fresh with ATM I have a level 10 warrior but I wanna start something from level 1 with someone willing to come with me and teach me on the game, I’m not a noob to mmo’s as you can tell from 8 years of wow, also I mostly PvP/arena in wow 3x gladiator so I have very high PvP skill from wow and mostly interested in PvP, so I would prefer someone focused on PvP and willing to help. Doesn’t have to be someone that only PvP. ( I do know that you can just go to mist and instant 80 and just play but I don’t wanna just jump into without knowing the game itself the mechanics and how characters work and to me leveling is a fun and good way to learn more about the game and knowing my character better, just jumping into it will be a little over whelming, that is also why I prefer someone that pvps, teach me about the PvP system as we level, because I do enjoy leveling at least as a way to learning the game better)

All you need to do, since you might be too low to have the PvP icon unlocked, is to go to Lion’s Arch and in the southern area is Fort Mariner and a bunch of portals. One of those goes to Heart of the Mists which is essentially the PvP lobby.
You are auto leveled to 80, gear stats go away, all but some of the highest tier traits are unlocked, and you can swap traits to whatever you want.

Perhaps it was suggested to you already, but the best for you right now would probably be to join a friendly guild, with many members so that you’ll find someone to play with almost all the time and also find people willing to teach you dungeons, PvP, WvW. In my experience, that’s definitely the best way to start.
If you need to find a cool guild you can check the “looking for…” session of the forums, put your adv or just take a look at map chat, there are people advertising guilds almost all the time in Lion’s Arch and starter areas.
Also, to find people able to play with you you should specify if you play in EU or NA servers
