soon i will hit 80 lvl and i am interested in wvw, a lot of my gear is low level since i push throught levels and i got a lot of them with tomes , so where and how i get armor and sigils,runes, amulets and accesories ? should i get exotic or ascended ? i am a complete noob specially in the pve/wvw aspect of the game so a little help will be much appreciated

Go with exotic. The amulet in pve is different. The stats are low. U will have to get 2 rings 2 accessories, 1 backpiece and 1 amulet. The one in pvp they combine the rings, accessories, backpiece and amulet together. Engineer have a alot of condition damage output so go with gears and trinkets that have conditions in them. If you are going to WvW you might do EotM first, just don’t think that the BLs and EB work like that. It will get you a little rank, useful for WvW skills and Badges of Honor, which you can use to help get exotic gear.

Get em from trading post. Its about 1-2 gold per item. Dont worry about looks early, but look at prefixes. As engineer you will need something with condition dmg. Other one deepends on your play style. I would tell you to do this once you hit 80. Run world bosses(just google gw2 timers to know where and when they spawn) to get money from selling rares and exotics on post then go edge to get ranks. Lately some servers arent event interested in casual WvW so you might decide to stay on edge. Find some guild. Run dungeons if you want items from dungeon vendors. Fractals are best if you want ascended items. Then set yourself goal like legendary, or nice skin and keep saving money or crafting for it. Good Luck

Or you could buy exotic armor and backpiece from temples. They cost 42k karma for each piece and each temple has different stats. You can mix and match if you want.
